# Vesting & vIDIA Rewards - Overview

## Vesting and vIDIA Rewards - Overview

You are able to vest & unvest your IDIA at any time, in any amounts, and always with a 1:1 ratio.

**Vesting** & **regular unvesting&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**are free,**</mark> while **Priority Unvesting&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**charges a fee**</mark> to unvest the tokens immediately.

The **fees collected from Priority Unvesting** requests <mark style="color:green;">**are distributed**</mark>**&#x20;to vIDIA holders**, proportionally to their holdings.

## Vesting vIDIA

You can vest your IDIA on a **1:1** ratio to vIDIA on our [Vesting Tool](https://app.impossible.finance/vesting).

After that, you can easily use vIDIA to stake and participate in our IDOs as usual.

## Unvesting vIDIA

#### Cancel Unvesting

Cancelling the unvest process will require a **2%** transaction fee.

### Regular Unvesting

To unvest your tokens, all you have to do is submit a request on the same tool and wait **two weeks**.

After that, your vIDIA tokens will be converted on a **1:1** ratio to IDIA and will be sent to your wallet.&#x20;

### Priority Unvesting

If you prefer to receive IDIA immediately instead of waiting 2 weeks, you can submit a priority unvesting request.&#x20;

A fee of 20% will be deducted from your unvesting amount before the IDIA is sent to your wallet.

A percentage of the fees paid will revert to all the vIDIA holders, proportionally to their holdings.

## vIDIA Holding Rewards

Fees collected from priority unvesting requests are distributed to vIDIA holders.&#x20;

Users can collect their available rewards at any time as long as they hold vIDIA.
